An empty property can develop problems without anyone noticing. Regular home checks help identify visible signs of leaks, damp, damage, pests or security concerns sooner. Lola visits your Costa Blanca property according to a checklist agreed with you.
After the visit, you receive an update with photographs. A home check is visual and does not replace a technical inspection, but it gives you a trusted local pair of eyes between your stays.
What can be checked during a visit?
- Doors and accessible windows for visible signs of damage.
- Floors, ceilings and walls for visible water or damp marks.
- Rooms and agreed fittings for anything unusual.
- Ventilation where appropriate and previously authorised.
- Mail, agreed deliveries and accessible outside areas.
- Photographs of the agreed areas and a written report.
If a problem is found
Lola contacts you, explains what is visible and sends photographs. No repair is commissioned without your approval. If requested, she can coordinate access for an authorised local professional and keep you updated.
