Managing a home from another city or country can be difficult when a delivery, appointment or practical task requires someone to be present. Lola offers personal services in Orihuela Costa and Costa Blanca, agreed according to your needs and availability.
You communicate directly with Lola. Every task is confirmed beforehand, including the time required, access instructions and any third-party costs.
Personal services can include
- Receiving agreed deliveries at your property.
- Being present for an authorised appointment or tradesperson.
- Coordinating access for plumbers, electricians, gardeners or pool technicians.
- Taking or collecting a vehicle from an agreed local workshop.
- Checking an agreed practical matter and sending you photographs.
- Other local arrangements discussed and approved in advance.
Combined with property care
Personal assistance can be arranged separately or included with a property-care plan. The Property Care + Personal Services plan combines regular home checks with a set number of hours for agreed local tasks.
